Hanhart PRIMUS Desert Pilot review - PART 2

Published on 4 September 2023 at 18:27

Two months ago I published a review about Hanhart Primus Desert watch where I complained about imperfections seen on the dial. Well, a lot has happened since then. First Mark from Seriouswatches contacted me. He apologised for not seeing those imperfections before sending me the watch. He also immediately contacted Hanhart to let them know about the status of my watch.  And asked for the permission to share my personal details with Hanhart.

Just a few days later I was pleasantly surprised when I received a very personal email from the CEO of Hanhart. He was embarrassed seeing photos of my dial and he apologized that such a watch was delivered to me.  He and his team then arranged a pick up of my watch, and despite the holidays the dial was replaced with the new one and delivered back to me.

My dial now looks perfect! Compare the old and new dial in the following photos.

Since on my last review I added also a very foggy photo which put some questions about the quality of the date window (it was nothing wrong with it except my poor photographic skills),  I decided to show you also the photo of the date window as well.

The entire reaction of all involved (Seriouswatches as a seller and Hanhart as a producer) shows that those companies take care of their buyers and that they do care about their standards. That being said and having in mind the conclusions in my initial review I felt responsible to give you that update.. And of course I also like to thank all involved for taking my dial imperfections so seriously and that they all reacted so promptly and professionally.
