This model is a modern reinterpretation of the legendary Seiko 6139-6002 – better known among collectors as the “Pogue.” The original became iconic after accompanying astronaut William Pogue on the Skylab 4 mission, earning its place in space history. The SSC947P1 faithfully captures the spirit of that historic chronograph while offering modern reliability and everyday usability.

The watch is in excellent overall condition. It has been carefully worn and well maintained. There is one small scratch on the bezel, which is purely cosmetic and does not affect functionality.
